Pets Elite Natural Hide Sausage Roll Medium - Pork Rind Dog Chew

About this item

Non-Returnable. Two Layers, One Seriously Good Chew: Pets Elite Natural Hide Sausage Roll takes real pork rind and rolls it snugly around a core of dried sausage, creating a firm, satisfying cylinder with two distinct layers of flavour and texture to work through. This is the Medium size - approximately 25mm in diameter and 150mm long - a great middle-ground for a solid chewing session without going oversized. It's the Pets Elite Ancestral Lifestyle in action, built on BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) principles: real ingredients, minimal processing, honest preparation. Natural Hide, the Honest Way: "Natural hide" simply means real pork rind - the actual skin of the pig, a genuine food product that was always meant to be eaten. That's different from many mass-produced hide chews on the market, which often lean on harsh chemical processing to clean, bleach and shape them. We do the opposite. No bleaching, no industrial processing - just real pork rind, dehydrated the Pets Elite way with nothing added it doesn't need. The result is a chew that's naturally easier on the digestive system too - pork rind is one of the more digestible hide-based chews available, gentle on sensitive tummies and a safer bet for dogs that tend to swallow rather than chew slowly. Two Textures, One Roll: The outer pork rind delivers that classic firm, collagen-rich chew, while the dried sausage core adds a deeper, meatier layer as your dog works their way through. Not a single-note chew - a proper multi-layered experience from first bite to last. Built for a Satisfying Chewing Session: Rated 3-4/5 Medium Hard to Hard on our Chewyness Scale, this is a substantial chew that keeps your dog engaged for a good stretch of time - and helps maintain healthy teeth and gums through natural chewing action along the way. Our Chewyness Scale: 1 = Very Soft | 2 = Soft | 3 = Medium Hard | 4 = Hard | 5 = Very Hard A Note on Aroma: This is a real, honestly prepared product with a strong natural smell - completely normal, and exactly what makes it so appealing to your dog. Make It Even Better: Here's a trick every Pets Elite regular knows - smear a little Pets Elite Peanut Butter for Dogs along the roll, or stuff a dollop of Mutelo into the ends. The soft, flavour-packed topper turns a great chew into an obsession, keeps your dog engaged for even longer, and makes for a genuinely spectacular treat night. Worth having a jar of either in the cupboard.
