About this item

The Astrum HD20B — Real HDMI 2.0. Braided. Gold-Plated. Built to Last. Not all HDMI cables are equal. The Astrum HD20B is built to the HDMI 2.0 specification, delivering up to 18Gbps bandwidth for 4K at 60Hz, HDR, and high-quality multi-channel audio. Finished with a braided jacket, gold-plated Astrum moulded connectors, and SR stress relief protectors at both ends, it is built for reliable long-term use. Real HDMI 2.0 — Full 18Gbps Bandwidth HDMI 2.0 with up to 18Gbps bandwidth supports 4K at 60Hz, helping deliver smoother motion than 4K at 30Hz on compatible displays and source devices. The HD20B supports 4K at 60Hz, HDR, BT.2020 wide colour gamut, 24-bit colour depth, and up to 32 audio channels for a complete home entertainment, gaming, or workstation setup. Braided Cable + Gold-Plated Astrum Moulded Connectors The braided jacket helps resist tangling, repeated bending, and daily wear better than standard PVC-jacketed cables. Gold-plated connectors help resist corrosion and support consistent signal transmission over time. Astrum moulded connector housings provide structural rigidity and a secure fit, while SR stress relief protectors at both ends help guard against the most common point of cable failure. EDID + DDC2B + Hot Swap EDID and DDC2B support enables automatic device-to-device communication, allowing your TV or monitor and source device to negotiate the optimal resolution, refresh rate, and colour format. Hot swap support allows connection and disconnection without needing to restart your system. 4K @ 60Hz + HDR + Wide Colour Gamut Enjoy 4K at 60 frames per second for smooth, ultra-sharp visuals on compatible devices. HDR supports deeper blacks and brighter highlights, while 24-bit colour processing and BT.2020 support help deliver richer colour performance where supported by your display and source device. Fully backward compatible with HDMI 1.x devices and ports.
