About this item

Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns for 30 Days. · 48-Month Limited Warranty. Features: - Professional 0.25 Micron Filtration: Precision-engineered synthetic ePTFE hydrophobic membrane blocks mold spores, wild yeasts, and bacteria while allowing optimal gas exchange. - 100% Autoclavable & Heat Resistant: Premium high-temperature medical-grade adhesive backing withstands repeat sterilization cycles in pressure cookers and autoclaves without peeling or degrading. - Hydrophobic & Moisture Repellent: Repels water and moisture wetting to prevent airborne contaminant ingress even in high-humidity grow setups, eliminating stalling from wet filters. - Universal Adhesive Application: Features a 20mm total diameter with a 5mm adhesive ring, providing a perfect fit over 8-10mm gas exchange holes on mason jar lids, tubs, or liquid culture vessels. Upgrade your laboratory sterile systems and replace messy polyfill or tearing micropore tape with the STS Industrial ePTFE Filter Patch Stickers. Specifically designed for high-performance mushroom grain spawn, liquid cultures, and agar vessels, these hydrophobic synthetic filter discs provide continuous, unrestricted fresh air and oxygen exchange while acting as an impenetrable barrier against environmental contaminants. Each filter sticker features an outside diameter of 20mm with an autoclavable 5mm glue ring on one side, leaving an effective 10mm diameter unglued filtration zone. This design makes them highly versatile for upgrading plastic or metal cultivation lids. Simply drill an 8mm to 10mm hole on your container lid, clean the surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol to remove oil or dirt, and press the self-adhesive patch firmly over the hole from either side. Built to handle the rigorous conditions of traditional mushroom cultivation, these patches easily survive standard sterilization procedures. When autoclaving or pressure-cooking bottles and jars with these patches installed, always leave the lid a quarter-turn loose to prevent vacuum airlocks, and tighten securely once the contents have cooled completely to touch. This bulk 48-pack offers commercial-scale value for small farms, hobbyists, and professional cleanroom labs alike.
