Pets Elite Pig Ear Strips Shaped Bulk Pack 225g - Pork Rind Chew

About this item

Non-Returnable. Not an Actual Pig Ear - And Here's Why That's Better: Pets Elite Pig Ear Strips Shaped are made from real pork rind, carefully shaped into a familiar ear-style strip - not an actual pig ear, but a genuinely collagen-rich, whole-animal chew your dog will find just as irresistible. This is the 225g Bulk Pack, ideal for everyday use or smaller households. It's the Pets Elite Ancestral Lifestyle in every strip, built on BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) principles: real ingredients, minimal processing, honest preparation. Why Pork Rind Works So Well: Real pork rind is naturally rich in collagen and structural protein - nutrients that support joint flexibility, connective tissue health, skin condition and a glossy coat. No supplements needed, it's naturally there in the ingredient itself. Built for a Proper Chewing Session: Rated 3/5 Medium Hard on our Chewyness Scale, this is a firm, satisfying chew that keeps your dog engaged for a good stretch of time - and helps maintain healthy teeth and gums through natural chewing action along the way. Our Chewyness Scale: 1 = Very Soft | 2 = Soft | 3 = Medium Hard | 4 = Hard | 5 = Very Hard A Note on Aroma: This is a real, honestly prepared product with a strong natural smell - completely normal, and exactly what makes it so appealing to your dog. Make It Even Better: Here's a trick every Pets Elite regular knows - smear a little Pets Elite Peanut Butter for Dogs across a strip, or dunk one straight into Mutelo. The soft, flavour-packed topper against the firm pork rind base is a genuine favourite. Worth having a jar of either in the cupboard. Key Benefits: Single-Ingredient Focus, Naturally Preserved: Real pork rind with vinegar, used the Pets Elite way for natural shelf stability Naturally Collagen-Rich: Supports joint flexibility, skin and coat condition Dental Support Built In: Helps maintain healthy teeth and gums through natural chewing action Honestly Prepared: No grains, sugars, salts, colourants or artificial additives Great for Everyday Use: 225g Bulk Pack, perfect for smaller households Proudly South African: Made in Cape Town with care and honest ingredients Ingredients: Pork (Rind/Skin), Vinegar (used in preparation for natural shelf stability). Freshness Note: This is a real meat product with no artificial preservatives, so once opened, always reseal the packet tightly between feeds. Extended exposure to air will dry the product out and affect freshness, and keeping it sealed also stops insects from getting to it - resealing after every use is the simplest way to keep it fresh and safe. A Note on Natural Variation: This product is sold by weight, not by unit count - the number of strips in each 225g pack will vary naturally depending on piece size. Piece size, shape and colour will also vary slightly pack to pack - the honest reality of a real, naturally prepared product. Quality never varies, character does. Suitable For: Dogs of all breeds and sizes | Dogs needing collagen, joint, skin and coat support | Dental health and everyday chewing enrichment | Raw feeders and BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) diet enthusiasts Not Recommended For: Dogs that gulp treats whole without chewing Feeding Tip: Always supervise chewing and keep fresh water available. Remove any piece small enough to swallow whole. Wash hands after handling. Treats should stay under 10% of daily calorie intake. Also Available: Pig Ear Strips Shaped also come in a 90g pack, a 450g Bulk Pack, and a generous 900g Tub - same real pork rind, same honest preparation, sized to suit your household.
