The alarm system automatically protects your system and prevents over or under salinity from occurring. 4 [Intelligent Cooling] The cooling strength can be adjusted according to the temperature in the control box to prevent the generator or battery from being damaged due to insufficient water. It has a resin protective layer structure, which is sturdy and durable. Two optional sockets make installation more convenient. 5 [Corrosion Resistant PC] The battery shell is made of high strength corrosion resistant PC, simple operation, complete functions, with high efficiency chlorine production, circulating pump and underwater light control functions, and can choose time or quick mode operation mode control. 6 [Electrolysis Process] The salt chlorine machine improves the water quality of the swimming pool by using harmless table salt. The electrolysis process is realized by passing the salt water through the electrolyzer, and the sodium chloride in the water is converted into chlorine instead of using harsh chemicals, easy and simple programming and fully automatic operation, safer for health.Item Type: Salt Chlorine Generator Material: Plastic, titanium Weight: Approx. 9950g / 351oz Total Power (Maximum): 250W Working Power: AC220~240V/50HZ Product Length: Approx. 365mm / 14.4in Product Width: Approx. 260mm / 10.2in Product Height: Approx. 140mm / 5.5in 1. Introduction: Adopting integrated microcomputer control technology, all operations are controlled by an electronic system. Suitable for small swimming pool cleaning, circulation integrated control equipment. 2. Cleaning steps: A. Before removing the electrolyzer, you must turn off the power of the salt chlorine generator for 5-10 minutes, and close the water inlet and outlet valves. B. Unplug the electrode plug and temperature/water level signal wire, loosen the nut and remove the electrolytic cell. C. After removing the electrolytic cell, check the inner wall of the electrolytic cell for flake deposits, crumbs, light colored crust and other dirt. D. If there is no dirt, please reinstall the electrolytic cell; if there is dirt, please rinse it with a high pressure water sprayer first. E. For the dirt that cannot be washed away, try to wipe off the dirt with plastic or wooden tools (do not use metal tools). F. If there is serious dirt that cannot be removed by itself, please soak the electrolytic cell with a solution of 1:10 ratio of hydrochloric acid and water for about 30 minutes, and then rinse with clean water. If the dirt is not completely removed, please repeat the above operation. 3. Note: (1) It must be installed by licensed and certified electrician professionals in accordance with the National Electrical Codes and all applicable local rules and regulations, electrical accidents may occur due to improper installation, resulting in death or serious injury to users or installation personnel. In addition, it may cause property damage. (2) Before installing, overhauling or performing any maintenance work, you must ensure that the power switch device is turned off, otherwise it may cause death or serious injury to the installer or other personnel due to electric shock. 4. Antifreeze: For example, if the temperature of the pool water is lower than 15 , the amount of chlorine needed for cleaning is less. Stopping chlorine production at low temperatures can extend the life of the electrolytic cell. If the pool water freezes, it may damage the electrolyzer and other parts. In order to prevent damage to the salt chlorine generator and other equipment due to icing, please make preparations for cold protection in advanced. For example, take heat preservation measures for the pool water in the freezing season, or drain the water from pumps, filters, water inlets and return pipes, etc. 5. Start using environment: Before the water quality of the swimming pool reaches the proper water balance, please do not start the salt and chlorine generator to avoid damage to it. For details of the water balance, please refer to "Water Quality Environment When Using Salt Chlorine Generator". 6. The correct way to increase the salt concentration: (1) Turn on the circulating water pump of the swimming pool to allow the pool water to circulate; (2) Turn off the power of the salt chlorine generator; (3) Measure the existing salt concentration of your swimming pool; (4) Calculate the amount of salt to be added according to the table; (5) Slowly pour the salt along the periphery of the pool to make it dissolve in the pool water quickly and evenly. Do not allow the salt to accumulate on the bottom of the pool. If necessary, stir the bottom of the pool to dissolve the salt completely; (6) Run the circulating water pump for 24 hours so that the salt is evenly distributed throughout the pool; (7) After 24 hours, remeasure whether the salt concentration value in the swimming pool reaches the target adjustment value; (8) When the salt concentration of the swimming pool has reached all your adjusted values, turn on your salt and chlorine generator power supply and equipment to keep it in working condition, and make relevant settings according to your needs to make chlorine. 7. Reduce salt concentration: The only way to reduce the salt concentration is to drain part of the pool water and re-inject part of the clean water, and then refer to the relevant method in 2.41 for similar determinations. 8. Types of salt used: The higher the purity of the salt, the better the performance advantages of the salt chlorine generator and the longer its service life. The purity of the sodium chloride (NaCl) in the salt should be at least 99.6%. It is best to use dehydrated granular food grade non dish salt. A. Do not use rock salt, as the impurities and mixtures contained in it may shorten the service life of the salt chlorine generator. B. Do not use calcium chloride (CaCl2) as salt, only sodium chloride (NaCl). C. Avoid the use of anti caking agent (sodium hydrochloride NaCN, also known as YPS, toxic and corrosive) salt, which may cause discoloration of the swimming pool surfaces and swimming pool equipment. D. Water can be used to adjust salt pellets, but it may take a long time to dissolve the water. How To Use: Installation instructions for salt chlorine generator: 1. The generator should be installed on the last equipment pipeline before returning to the swimming pool after filtering in the water treatment process, and it should be installed on the horizontal or vertical side of the bypass pipeline. An adjustable valve must be installed on the main pipe to ensure sufficient water flowing through the generator. 2. The controller of salt chlorine machine is required to be installed in a ventilated and dry location. It should be protected from rain exposure and avoid strong sunlight as much as possible, which can prolong the service life of the equipment. And installed on the panel or wall at a height of l.Sm from the ground. There should be at least a 100mm gaps on the four sides of the controller. The upper left side of the controller is the cooling exhaust port, which should not be blocked by other devices, which will affect its cooling effect. In order to facilitate the fixed installation, the two mounting holes on the back of the controller are firstly fixed with two MS screws on the panel or wall with a horizontal distance of 180m. Align the mounting holes on the back of the controller with the screws and push down to fix it. 3. For the connection between the salt and chlorine generator controller and the generator, connect the 2 red and 1 black electrode plug wires of the controller to the 2 (+) terminals and 1 (-) terminal of the generator electrode respectively; then connect the signal wire The (water level/temperature) plug allows the controller to be connected to the generator. If you need to control the underwater light, directly connect the underwater power cable to the AC12V output terminal of the controller; the waterproof socket below the controller provides the power supply of the circulating pump, open the waterproof cover to use Tip: If the user is equipped with an independent underwater light and circulation controller system, there is no need to connect the underwater light and the circulating pump, as long as the generator has enough pool water to circulate, it will not affect the normal chlorine production and production of the salt chlorine machine controller. Use of other functions. Note: The power input of the controller needs to be installed on the power supply with leakage switch protection (AC220~240V/50HZ.lOA), and the residual operating current is required to be less than 30mA.
