This rose petal-infused tea smells and tastes delicious, and it may provide numerous health benefits too. It's rich in antioxidants, which can aid digestion, protect the heart, fight inflammation and help relieve pain. It can also aid with sleep and help treat symptoms of dysmenorrhea, including relieving menstrual pain, distress and anxiety. The antioxidants neutralize free radicals and strengthen the skin against environmental elements by creating a barrier for your skin. Ingredients Rooibos (86%), Rose Petals (8%), Vanilla Flavouring (3%), Rose Flavouring (3%). Directions HOT BREW TEA Place 3 teabags in a teapot and fill with 750ml boiling water (for a single 250ml serving, use one teabag). Steep for 5-10 minutes or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, sugar or honey. Best enjoyed at 60°C. Important notice: Take care while working with boiling water. ICE TEA Hot brewed tea chilled makes a delicious ice tea. If you prefer a sweeter ice tea, add honey or fruit juice. Safety Warning Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your medical practitioner if you are taking any medication before using..
