The Journ-E Origins was our first electric skateboard brought to market-the board that established the foundation of the Journ-E range. It represents the beginning of our pursuit of electric freedom, performance and adventure. Built around a powerful dual-motor system, a durable maple deck and responsive wireless control, the Origins delivers the essential electric longboard experience: speed, smooth acceleration and the freedom to explore. This is where the Journ-E began. Powered by two 600W hub motors, the Journ-E Origins produces a combined motor output of 1200W and can reach speeds of up to 40km/h under suitable riding conditions. The dual-hub-motor system provides smooth acceleration, responsive power delivery and lower maintenance than many traditional belt-driven configurations. Whether you are beginning your electric skateboarding journey or looking for an exciting board for recreational cruising, the Origins delivers powerful and dependable performance. The Origins was created to capture what electric skateboarding is all about: stepping onto the deck, pressing the throttle and experiencing the freedom of effortless movement. It combines approachable controls with impressive power, making every ride feel like the beginning of a new adventure. From the first push of the throttle to the open road ahead, every Journ-E starts with an Origin. Take complete control of your ride using the included ergonomic wireless LCD remote. The controller places acceleration, braking, speed selection and direction controls directly within reach of your thumb, allowing for precise and intuitive operation. The LCD display provides useful riding information, including: x Electric skateboard battery level x Remote-control battery level x Selected speed setting x Forward and reverse direction x Acceleration and braking response The responsive thumb throttle provides smooth speed control and controlled electronic braking. The Journ-E Origins is fitted with a rechargeable 6000mAh battery that can be fully charged in approximately three hours. The battery and dual-motor system work together to provide exciting acceleration and reliable recreational riding performance. Actual riding range, maximum speed and battery duration will vary depending on rider weight, terrain, gradients, temperature, riding style, speed setting and battery condition. The strong eight-layer maple wood deck provides a stable and comfortable riding platform while maintaining the natural flexibility expected from a quality longboard. The deck supports riders weighing up to 120kg, subject to responsible use and appropriate riding conditions. Its longboard shape provides a balanced stance and helps deliver a smooth, controlled riding experience. Integrated LED lighting underneath the deck gives the Origins a distinctive appearance and increases the board's visibility in lower-light environments. The under-deck lighting highlights the board's electric character and creates an unmistakable Journ-E presence while riding. The LED lighting is an additional visibility feature and does not replace dedicated safety lights, reflective equipment or protective riding gear. The standard longboard Origins uses a 90 × 55 mm polyurethane street wheels, made for a smooth ride on street and paved surfaces. x The first electric skateboard in the Journ-E story x Powerful 1200W combined dual-motor output x Maximum speed of up to 40km/h x Smooth and responsive hub-motor performance x Wireless LCD remote with essential riding information x Strong eight-layer maple longboard deck x Maximum supported rider weight of 120kg x Rechargeable 6000mAh battery x Approximate three-hour charging time x Forward and reverse functionality x Multiple speed settings x Responsive acceleration and electronic braking x Integrated LED under-deck lighting x Lower-maintenance hub-motor configuration x Designed for freedom, adventure and everyday enjoyment KEY FEATURES x Dual 600W hub motors x 1200W combined motor output x Speeds of up to 40km/h x Rechargeable 6000mAh battery x Approximately three-hour charging time x Wireless LCD remote control x Board and remote battery indicators x Speed-mode selection x Forward and reverse controls x Thumb-controlled acceleration and braking x Eight-layer maple wood deck x Maximum rider weight of 120kg x Integrated LED under-deck light PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Brand: Journ-E Model: Origins Product type: Dual-motor electric longboard skateboard Motor type: Hub motors Number of motors: Two Motor output: 600W × 2 Combined motor output: 1200W Maximum speed: Up to 40km/h Battery capacity: 6000mAh Charging time: Approximately three hours Deck material: Eight-layer maple wood Maximum supported rider weight: 120kg Controller type: Wireless LCD remote control Direction modes: Forward and reverse Lighting: Integrated LED under-deck lighting IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE INFORMATION The advertised maximum speed is based on suitable operating conditions.
