The extender supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi bands , delivering combined wireless speeds of up to approximately 1200Mbps. Four external antennas help extend network coverage, while the intelligent signal indicator assists with finding a suitable installation position. With Repeater, Access Point and Router operating modes, this compact device can adapt to different home, office and travel-network requirements. Key Features AC1200 Dual-Band WiFi The extender supports two wireless frequency bands: 2.4GHz: Up to 300Mbps 5GHz: Up to 867Mbps The 2.4GHz band is suitable for wider coverage and general browsing, while the 5GHz band provides faster short-range connections for compatible devices. Actual network speed depends on the router, internet service, connected devices, walls and surrounding interference. Expand Weak WiFi Coverage Repeater mode receives an existing router signal and rebroadcasts it into areas with weaker coverage. It can help improve connectivity in: Bedrooms Upstairs Areas Home Offices Lounges Hotels Small Workspaces Four External Antennas Four adjustable external antennas help improve signal reception and wireless coverage. For better results, position the extender where it can still receive a stable signal from the main router. Three Working Modes The device supports multiple operating modes for different network setups: Repeater Mode: Extends an existing WiFi network Access Point Mode: Converts a wired network into WiFi Router Mode: Creates a wireless network from a compatible internet connection Available functions may depend on the selected connection method and network configuration. Intelligent Signal Indicator The built-in signal indicator displays the strength of the connection received from the main router. This helps users avoid installing the extender too close to the router or too far into a weak-signal area. WPS Quick Connection Compatible routers can be connected by pressing the WPS button, reducing the number of manual setup steps. A browser-based setup option is also available for routers without compatible WPS support. Browser-Based Configuration The extender can be configured using a compatible phone, tablet or computer through the local setup page: 192.168.188.1 Follow the supplied user manual to select the working mode, connect to the main router and create the extended network. Gigabit Ethernet Port The Ethernet port allows compatible wired devices to connect to the network. It can be used with equipment such as: Desktop Computers Smart TVs Game Consoles Network Recorders Other Ethernet Devices The port can also support Access Point operation when connected to a suitable wired network. Supports Multiple Connected Devices The extender has been tested with up to approximately 20 connected devices. Actual performance depends on the bandwidth required by each device, internet speed and wireless conditions. Beamforming Technology Beamforming helps direct the wireless signal towards connected compatible devices instead of distributing it equally in every direction. This can help improve connection stability within the effective coverage area. Wireless Security Protection Supports common wireless security protocols, including: WEP WPA WPA2 Up To 128-Bit Encryption Using a strong WiFi password helps protect the network against unauthorised access. Suitable For Everyday Online Activities The dual-band connection is suitable for: Web Browsing Online Classes Video Streaming Smart Home Devices Social Media Online Gaming General Home And Office Use Performance varies according to the internet connection and local network environment.
