Pressure Fryer: 1. Place drumsticks into water. 2. Remove and roll drumsticks in the breading. 3. Cook in a pressure fryer at 144-155 C for 9-12 minutes. Chip Fryer: 1. Place drumsticks into water. 2. Remove and roll drumsticks in the breading. 3. Deep-fry at 160 C for approximately 13 minutes. Combi Oven: 1.Preheat the oven to 170 C and heat the oil to 160 C. 2. Bread the chicken pieces. 3. Place the chicken pieces into the basket. 4. Dip the basket into the hot oil for 30 seconds. 5. Remove the basket and allow excess oil to drain from the chicken. 6.
