Wash at max 30 C on gentle/wool cycle with no spin cycle and using a delicate laundry detergent Reshape while damp, dry flat, do not use pegs - never tumble dry or iron Do not reconnect until completely dry Do not switch on to dry - risk of electric shock Limit washing to once per season and max 5 times during product lifetime The control must never get wet. Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean it. NB Notes on Heat Designed to meet strict European safety standards - warms to a cosy, comfortable temperature without becoming too hot.
