Suggested Recipe: Classic Flavour Craft Burger Ingredients: 450 g ground beef (80/20 blend recommended) 15 g Karoo Craft Burger seasoning (approx. 1 tbsp) 15 ml olive oil (approx. 1 tbsp) 4 burger buns Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional) Salt and black pepper, to taste Instructions: Prepare the Patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Flavour Craft Burger seasoning and olive oil. Mix gently until just combined- don't overwork the meat. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Cook the Burgers: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet with a paper towel dipped in olive oil. Once hot, place the patties on the grill or skillet.
