About this item

Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns for 30 Days. · 12-Month Limited Warranty. Freedom matters. The freedom to take a call while walking to the kitchen. To stand up, stretch, and move around your office without ending a meeting. To answer on your laptop, switch to your phone, and come back to your PC without re-pairing anything. To work from anywhere in the room - and sound professional doing it. The Poly Voyager 4310 delivers all of that freedom, with the professional audio quality and Microsoft Teams integration that modern hybrid work demands. This is the complete package - the headset, the BT700 USB-C Bluetooth dongle , the desktop charging stand , and the carrying case , in one box. Every accessory you need to be productive from day one is included. The Voyager 4310 is a mono single-ear wireless headset - one ear on the call, one ear on the world around you. This is the deliberate, practical choice for professionals who need to remain accessible to colleagues, who work in environments where situational awareness matters, or who simply prefer to stay connected to their physical surroundings during long call sessions. At 122 grams , it is light enough to forget you are wearing it. At the microphone, Poly Acoustic Fence technology uses two microphones - one Electret Condenser and one MEMS - working together to create a virtual acoustic perimeter around your voice. Sounds originating outside that perimeter - office conversations nearby, colleagues at adjacent desks, environmental noise - are identified and filtered out before your voice is transmitted. Combined with SoundGuard Digital , which limits sudden audio spikes to 102dB (G616 standard) and prevents your cumulative daily listening exposure from exceeding 85dBA - your calls are clear and your hearing is protected throughout the working day. Dynamic EQ automatically adjusts the audio profile based on what you are doing - optimising for voice clarity when on a call and switching to a richer, broader audio profile for music and media between calls. The 20Hz-20kHz frequency range of the 1.26-inch driver means the Voyager 4310 sounds genuinely good for both purposes. The dedicated Microsoft Teams button on the ear cup provides one-touch access to Teams - join a meeting, access the Teams interface, or activate Teams-specific functions without touching your computer. Full Microsoft Teams certification means seamless integration with Teams call controls, status display, and notifications through the BT700 dongle. The on-call indicator LED on the ear cup flashes when you are on a call - giving colleagues a visual do-not-disturb signal without the need for a separate busylight device. The mute button is on the microphone boom itself, not the ear cup - positioned exactly where your hand naturally reaches during a call. Dynamic Mute Alert notifies you when you are speaking with the microphone muted - ending the frustration of being unheard. Bluetooth 5.1 delivers a reliable, stable connection with a range of up to 50 metres (164 feet) - genuine freedom of movement throughout a home office or corporate workspace. Multipoint connectivity maintains simultaneous connections to two devices - typically your laptop via the BT700 dongle and your smartphone via Bluetooth - so you never miss a call regardless of which device it arrives on. The headset stores up to eight paired devices for instant reconnection. 24 hours of talk time on a full charge. 47 hours of listening time . 50 days of standby . A 15-minute fast charge delivers 10 hours of listening time - the headset recovers from an overnight failure to charge in less time than most morning meetings take. A full charge takes just 1.6 hours . The charging stand is both a charger and an elegant desk presence - a dedicated home for the headset when not in use, keeping it charged and accessible at all times. Audio Over USB mode allows the headset to function as a wired USB audio device when preferred, or to extend talk time beyond the battery's 24 hours. The headset folds flat for compact transport, and the included carrying case protects it in transit. Poly Lens cloud-based device management gives IT teams remote visibility, configuration, and management of Voyager 4310 deployments across the organisation. Professional freedom. Perfect Teams integration. All day, anywhere. KEY FEATURES Microsoft Teams Certified - Dedicated Teams Button The Voyager 4310 is fully certified for Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless integration with Teams calling, notifications, and meeting controls. A dedicated Microsoft Teams button on the ear cup provides one-touch access to the Teams application - joining meetings, checking notifications, accessing controls - without touching your computer. Teams certification means every call control, status update, and audio event is communicated natively between the headset and Teams through the BT700 dongle connection. Acoustic Fence Dual-Microphone Noise Reduction Acoustic Fence technology uses two microphones - an Electret Condenser microphone for primary voice capture and a MEMS microphone for ambient monitoring - to create a virtual acoustic perimeter around the speaking area. Sounds originating outside this perimeter are identified as background noise and attenuated before your voice signal is transmitted. Office conversations at nearby desks, air conditioning, keyboard sounds, and other ambient noise are reduced - ensuring the person on your call hears your voice, not your environment. Acoustic Fence provides meaningful noise reduction without the voice quality artefacts that aggressive single-microphone noise cancellation can produce. Dynamic EQ - Automatically Optimised for Every Moment Dynamic EQ continuously adapts the headset's audio equalisation based on your current activity. When you are on a call, the audio profile optimises for voice clarity and speech intelligibility - emphasising the frequencies that matter most for human voice and reducing those less relevant to conversation. When you are listening to music or media between calls, the profile broadens to deliver a richer, more balanced audio experience across the full 20Hz-20kHz range. The transition is automatic and instantaneous - you always hear the optimal audio for whatever you are doing. SoundGuard Digital - Comprehensive Hearing Protection SoundGuard Digital is Poly's advanced hearing protection system, operating on two levels simultaneously. At the instantaneous level, G616 standard compliance limits sudden audio spikes - unexpected loud sounds, feedback incidents - to a maximum of 102dBSPL, preventing acoustic shock. At the cumulative level, the time-weighted average system monitors your total daily listening exposure and prevents it from exceeding 85dBA - the international standard for safe occupational noise exposure. Activating the full SoundGuard Digital feature set requires the Poly Lens Desktop App. On-Call Indicator LED - Visual Availability Signal The on-call indicator light on the ear cup flashes when you are on a call, providing a clear visual signal to colleagues that you are engaged and should not be interrupted. This removes the need for a separate busylight device, keeping your desk tidier and your availability status visible without additional hardware. The indicator activates automatically when a call begins and deactivates when it ends. Mute on the Boom - Dedicated Mute Button Exactly Where You Need It The mute button is located on the microphone boom itself - not buried on the ear cup where you have to feel around for it mid-call. This positioning places the mute control exactly where your hand naturally reaches to adjust the microphone during a conversation, making muting faster, more reliable, and less disruptive to your call flow. Dynamic Mute Alert provides an audio notification when you are speaking while the microphone is muted - eliminating the common frustration of realising you have been talking to no one. 50-Metre Bluetooth 5.1 Range - True Wireless Freedom Bluetooth 5.1 delivers a stable, low-power wireless connection with a range of up to 50 metres (164 feet). Take a call from anywhere in a home office. Move through a corporate floor without losing connection. Walk to a printer, a kitchen, a meeting room, or a colleague's desk - the connection remains stable throughout. The Bluetooth 5.1 standard also provides better connection stability in crowded wireless environments compared to older Bluetooth versions. Multipoint Connectivity - Laptop and Phone Simultaneously Multipoint connectivity maintains simultaneous Bluetooth connections to two devices - typically your laptop via the BT700 USB-C dongle and your smartphone via native Bluetooth. Both connections are live at all times. When a call arrives on your phone while you are on a PC call, the headset notifies you. Switch between devices seamlessly. The headset stores up to eight paired devices in its pairing memory for instant reconnection to all frequently used devices. BT700 USB-C Bluetooth Dongle - Stable, Optimised PC Connection The included BT700 USB-C Bluetooth dongle provides a dedicated, Poly-optimised Bluetooth connection to your laptop or PC. Rather than relying on the built-in Bluetooth of your laptop - which varies in quality, interference resistance, and Teams integration between different models - the BT700 provides a consistent, high-quality connection that is pre-optimised for Poly headset performance. Plug it into any USB-C port and you are immediately connected, with full Microsoft Teams integration active. The BT700 is a compact, low-profile dongle that stays in your laptop port without protruding significantly. Audio Over USB - Wired Mode When You Need It Audio Over USB mode allows the Voyager 4310 to function as a wired USB audio device when connected via the included USB cable. This enables wired operation when wireless is not preferred, extends effective battery life by using USB power rather than the battery during long sessions, and provides a fallback connection option when Bluetooth is unavailable or restricted. 24-Hour Talk Time with 15-Minute Fast Charge The 350mAh lithium-ion battery provides up to 24 hours of talk time, 47 hours of listening time, and 50 days of standby on a full charge. Fast charging delivers 10 hours of listening time from just 15 minutes on charge - enough to recover from an uncharged overnight in the time it takes to make a morning coffee. A full charge from empty takes just 1.6 hours. Desktop Charging Stand - Charger and Elegant Desk Presence The charging stand provides a dedicated, permanent home for the Voyager 4310 on your desk. Place the headset in the stand and it begins charging automatically. The stand keeps the headset accessible, charged, and visible - eliminating the "where did I put my headset" moment at the start of a call. The stand also serves as a stylish holding hook when the headset is not being worn, keeping it off the desk surface and out of the way. Lightweight at 122g - Memory Foam and Leather Ear Cushion At 122 grams, the Voyager 4310 is genuinely light for a wireless headset with this level of functionality. The ear cushion combines memory foam with a leather covering - the memory foam conforms to the shape of your ear over time, distributing pressure evenly, while the leather provides a soft, comfortable contact surface. The adjustable padded headband distributes the headset's minimal weight comfortably across the head, with no concentrated pressure points during extended wearing sessions. Folds Flat - Carrying Case Included The Voyager 4310 folds flat for compact storage and transport. The included carrying case protects the headset, dongle, and cable in a bag or backpack. For hybrid professionals who carry the headset between home and office, this portability makes the Voyager 4310 a genuinely mobile daily companion rather than a desk-only device. Poly Lens - Cloud-Based Device Management Poly Lens gives IT teams remote visibility and management of Voyager 4310 deployments - configuring settings, pushing firmware updates, monitoring device health, and viewing usage analytics from a cloud-based platform. For organisations equipping multiple employees with Voyager 4310 headsets, Poly Lens enables centralised fleet management without per-desk IT visits. SoundGuard Digital's full feature set is also activated through the Poly Lens Desktop App. Voice Assistant Access - Siri and Google Assistant A long press of the Teams button activates Siri or Google Assistant, allowing hands-free voice assistant interaction from the headset - dialling, messaging, setting reminders, and other assistant functions without touching your phone or computer. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: What does Microsoft Teams certification mean for daily use? A: Microsoft Teams certification means the Voyager 4310 has been tested and validated by Microsoft to ensure it integrates correctly with Teams. In practice, this means several things for daily use. The dedicated Teams button on the ear cup gives you one-touch access to join meetings, check notifications, and activate Teams directly from the headset. Call controls - answer, end, mute, volume - are communicated natively between the headset and Teams through the BT700 dongle without requiring manual configuration. Teams displays the headset's call status and mute state accurately. And Microsoft validates ongoing compatibility with Teams updates, so the integration continues to work correctly as Teams evolves. Q: How does Acoustic Fence work and how is it different from basic noise cancellation? A: Acoustic Fence uses two physically separate microphones - an Electret Condenser and a MEMS - to create a spatial noise reduction system. The Electret Condenser captures your voice directly. The MEMS microphone monitors the ambient environment around you. By comparing the signals from both microphones, Acoustic Fence can identify which sounds are close to your mouth (your voice) and which are arriving from the surrounding environment (background noise), and filter the latter out before transmission. This spatial approach is different from single-microphone noise cancellation, which applies frequency-based filtering to a single audio signal. Acoustic Fence can reduce background noise from any direction - not just specific frequencies - making it more effective in unpredictable, variable noise environments like open offices. Q: Why is the mute button on the boom arm rather than the ear cup? A: Muting mid-call is one of the most frequent headset actions, and the speed and reliability with which you can do it matters. The boom arm is where your hand naturally reaches when you want to adjust the microphone - placing the mute button there allows you to mute in a single, natural motion without looking for the button or feeling around the ear cup. It also reduces the chance of accidentally pressing volume buttons when reaching for mute. The Dynamic Mute Alert feature adds an additional safeguard: if you start speaking while the microphone is muted, the headset alerts you audibly so you can unmute immediately. Q: What does Audio Over USB mode do and when would I use it? A: Audio Over USB mode allows the Voyager 4310 to connect to your computer as a wired USB audio device using the included USB cable, rather than using Bluetooth. This is useful in several scenarios: when you want to conserve battery life during a very long session; when you are in a Bluetooth-restricted environment; when your laptop's USB-C port is occupied and you want to use the BT700 in a different port; or simply when you prefer a wired connection for absolute connection stability. The audio quality and call controls function identically in wired USB mode as in Bluetooth mode. You can also charge the headset via the USB cable simultaneously in some configurations. Q: What is the BT700 dongle and why is it better than using built-in laptop Bluetooth? A: The BT700 is a Poly-designed Bluetooth USB adapter that plugs into your laptop's USB-C port and pairs automatically with the Voyager 4310. Built-in laptop Bluetooth varies significantly between laptop models in terms of quality, interference resistance, and compatibility with professional headsets. In busy office environments with many competing Bluetooth devices, built-in laptop Bluetooth can experience dropouts, audio quality degradation, and connection instability. The BT700 provides a dedicated, Poly-optimised Bluetooth connection that is engineered specifically for professional headset use - delivering more consistent audio quality and connection stability than most built-in laptop Bluetooth radios. It also provides full Microsoft Teams integration through its certified firmware. Q: Does the headset connect to my phone as well as my laptop? A: Yes. Multipoint connectivity maintains simultaneous Bluetooth connections to two devices. Typically, your laptop connects via the BT700 USB-C dongle and your smartphone connects via direct Bluetooth pairing. Both connections are live at the same time - you receive audio from both and can answer calls from either device through the headset. When a phone call arrives while you are on a PC call, the headset notifies you. Switching between the two is handled automatically or via the ear cup button. The headset stores up to eight paired devices in memory for instant reconnection to any frequently used device. Q: Can I use the Voyager 4310 with a desk phone? A: Direct desk phone connection requires the optional Voyager Office Base accessory, which is sold separately. The Office Base connects to your desk phone and provides a DECT wireless link to the Voyager 4310 headset - enabling you to answer and end desk phone calls through the headset remotely. The BT700 dongle included in this package connects to computers via Bluetooth only. Confirm Voyager Office Base compatibility with your specific desk phone model before purchasing. Q: How does fast charging work? A: A 15-minute charge via the USB cable or charging stand delivers 10 hours of listening time. This is designed for the scenario where you discover the battery is low before an important call - a quarter-hour charge provides enough power to get through most of a working day's listening. A full charge from empty takes 1.6 hours. When docked on the charging stand between calls throughout the day, the battery stays topped up continuously, meaning most users will rarely need to think about charging at all. Q: What is Poly Lens and do I need it? A: Poly Lens is Poly's cloud-based device management platform. For individual users, the Poly Lens Desktop App activates SoundGuard Digital's full feature set - the G616 hearing protection and time-weighted average daily exposure monitoring. It also provides a software interface for firmware updates and basic headset settings. Poly Lens Desktop App is free to download. For IT administrators managing multiple headsets across an organisation, the Poly Lens cloud platform provides remote visibility of device health, usage analytics, firmware management, and configuration for the entire fleet. Q: What warranty does the Poly Voyager 4310 come with? A: The Poly Voyager 4310 is covered by a 2-year HP Poly standard warranty from the date of purchase. WHY CHOOSE POLY?
