Transform Your Table Presentation with the Ultimate French Mini Casserole Set Take your culinary presentation to a professional level with the Staub 6-Piece Mini Enameled Cast Iron Round Casserole Set . Founded in Alsace, France, in 1974, the Staub brand is globally revered for blending timeless European craftsmanship with top-tier culinary innovation. Each miniature pot in this hospitality-grade collection is individually hand-cast in France, offering a striking balance of rustic charm and flawless cooking performance. Boasting a classic Matte Black finish, this 6-piece mini Dutch oven set moves gracefully from the kitchen grid straight to your dinner plates. It is the premier choice for serving individual portions of soups, single-serving baked starters, gourmet side dishes, mini potjies, or warm local desserts like malva pudding and fruit crumbles. The Flavor Secret: Built-In Self-Basting Lids Lock in rich aromas and keep every dish succulent. Each mini pot comes equipped with a heavy, precisely engineered cast iron lid lined with Staub's iconic interior spikes. This specialized system creates a continuous "rain-forest effect" by capturing rising steam, condensing it, and dripping moisture uniformly back down onto your food. The result is deeper flavor development and perfectly tender textures. Professional Matte Black Interior for Superior Searing Achieve restaurant-quality browning right at home. While standard cookware often features slick, white porcelain interiors, Staub utilizes a specialized matte black enamel cooking surface. This textured layer acts like a seasoned cast iron skillet, ensuring optimal heat transfer and an exceptional crust on your bakes without requiring any pre-seasoning. Additionally, it is highly scratch-resistant and will not discolour over time. Versatile Engineering for All Stovetops & High-Heat Ovens Though small in stature, these mini cocottes possess the exact same heavy-duty metallurgical strength as Staub's largest professional Dutch ovens. Crafted with a perfectly smooth enamel base, they are fully compatible with gas, electric, glass-ceramic, and modern induction stovetops . They easily handle intense heat transitions, being completely oven-safe up to 260 C with the lids on, up to 482 C without lids, and freezer-safe for advanced meal prep.
