The ANCEL S300 is a new-generation professional automotive smoke leak detector designed for fast, accurate, and reliable leak diagnosis across a wide range of vehicle systems. Equipped with a powerful built-in air pump, it eliminates the need for an external air compressor, making leak detection more convenient and efficient than ever. Constructed with high-quality industrial-grade materials, the S300 is engineered to withstand demanding workshop environments, offering excellent resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and daily wear for long-lasting durability. Its compact design, stable smoke output, and intelligent pressure monitoring system allow technicians to quickly identify leaks in EVAP, intake, exhaust, vacuum, fuel, and turbo systems with confidence. Whether you're a professional mechanic, automotive workshop, inspection center, or advanced DIY enthusiast, the ANCEL S300 delivers dependable performance, precise diagnostics, and exceptional value for all your leak detection needs. Do You Bothered By The Following Problems? More fuel consuming? Faster idling speed? Water Leaks? Hard to find the leaks? ANCEL S300 smoke leak detector supports all system testing, especially EVAP system, DON'T MISS ANY LEAKS EVAP SYSTEM TEST: Leakage in the fuel evaporation system causes fuel vapour to escape into the atmosphere, resulting in waste and pollution or unstable engine idling. EXHAUST SYSTEM TEST: Uncleaned harmful gases escaping into the atmosphere or increasing the noise of the vehicle are the main disadvantage when leaks occur in the exhaust. FUEL TANK SYSTEM TEST: If there are gaps in the fuel tank and pipes caused by improper installation or insufficient sealing of the fuel tank cap, it may cause leaks in the fuel tank system. TEST OF VARIOUS PIPE CONNECTIONS : Smoke test of brake hoses, power steering hoses, cooling system hoses, air conditioning system hoses, turbocharger hoses, fuel hoses, intake and exhaust system hoses, etc. CAR SEALING TEST: Poor sealing of the car can lead to many inconveniences, such as it is not warm and dusty, not soundproof, not waterproof, etc. CRANKCASE SYSTEM TEST : Excessive pressure or corrosion of the crankcase is the main reason why the crankcase seal is damaged and oil leaks. INTAKE SYSTEM TEST : A leak in the intake system will result in inadequate intake of the car engine, leading to low engine performance. TURBO TEST : The leakage of coolant would cause the engine to indicate a high water temperature. BUILT IN AIR PUMP No air compressor needed . Just connect staright to your vehicle's 12V battery and generate smoke in seconds! 2 kinds of modes: AIR model+Smoke mode Air Mode :First, use the air mode to directly measure the leak, and judge whether there is a leak by the pressure gauge value. If it is less than 0.5bar, it will inevitably leak. If it reaches 0.8bar and above, the pipeline tightness is very good. Then there is no need to waste baby oil Smoke Mode :After the air mode determines that there is a leak, use the smoke mode to find the leak. How to work with Ancel s300 smoke leak detector? Step1: Fill in 10ml-20ml test oil (baby oil) to the detector Step2: Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connect with the detector Step3: Connect detector with DC12V battery, device starts to work Step4: The pipe will be filled with smoke, check the leak points Adjustable Flow Meter Air Flow meter with ajustable button, easy to control the smoke effect(output flow: How to judge leakage- through the pressure gauge? NO Leak: When the value of the pressure gauge remains unchanged and the flow meter will read zero (ball at bottom of scale), it means that there is no leakage in the system. Small Leak: When the value of the pressure gauge drops and the ball in the flow meter slowly fall to the bottom of the scale, it indicates a small leak in the system. Massive Leak: When the value of the pressure gauge reaches zero and the flow meter ball never falls to the bottom of the scale, it indicates a large leak in the system. Overheat & Anti-frost Protection Overheat Protection: When the temperature of the device exceeds 75 , power protection will be intelligently activated to turn it off. Anti-frost Protection: The device can also work normally at -20 . Wide Coverage Suitable for all domestic cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, off-road vehicles, beaches. Cars, light trucks and speedboats, etc. Using together with automotive diagnostic tool, you can find the vehicle problem accurately and diagnose fault.
