Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns for 30 Days. · 12-Month Limited Warranty. Most wireless office headsets make you choose. DECT for your desk phone - but limited mobility and no Bluetooth for your mobile. Bluetooth for your smartphone - but no interference-free office range. You end up carrying two headsets, or accepting the limitations of one. The Yealink WH64 Dual ends that compromise permanently. The WH64 is the world's first wireless headset to integrate both DECT and Bluetooth technology directly into the headset itself - not into the base, not split across two separate devices. Both technologies live in the headset you put on your head. This single design decision changes everything about how you connect, how far you can roam, and how you move between your desk phone, laptop, and mobile - all while wearing the same headset, all day long. In DECT mode , the WH64 Dual delivers the enterprise-grade connectivity that office and contact centre professionals rely on - interference-free wireless communication with a range of up to 185 metres (607 feet) , high-density deployment capability without signal degradation, and Secure DECT with Step C authentication that keeps every call encrypted and protected. The dedicated DECT base connects simultaneously to your computer via USB and to your desk phone or IP phone - a single base covering both your PC softphone and your desk phone, with one-touch switching between them from the capacitive buttons on the base. In Bluetooth mode , the WH64 Dual delivers up to 50 metres of wireless range and connects directly to your smartphone, tablet, or any Bluetooth-enabled device - without the base, without cables, without being tethered to your workstation. Because Bluetooth lives in the headset, not the base, you can leave the base at your desk, pick up the headset, and take a mobile call anywhere in the building or outside it. The base stays on the desk. The headset goes with you. Switch seamlessly between DECT and Bluetooth with a single button press - taking a desk phone call in DECT mode, then walking out of the office to take a mobile call in Bluetooth mode, then returning to your desk without touching any settings. At the microphone, Yealink Acoustic Shield 2.0 technology powers three MEMS beamforming microphones with an AI-optimised noise cancellation algorithm trained across multiple professional work scenarios. The microphone boom arm is 74% longer than industry standard - 135.7mm versus the typical 78mm - positioning the microphone significantly closer to your mouth than competing headsets and fundamentally improving voice pickup quality. Beamforming focuses precisely on your voice while filtering ambient noise from all other directions - delivering clear, professional call audio in open offices, contact centres, and busy shared workspaces. The dual 30mm speaker drivers reproduce audio across the full 20 Hz to 20 kHz range with 6x audio equalisers for rich, natural sound. Voices on calls are clear and present. Music during breaks sounds genuinely good. Dual-sided busylights on both earcups illuminate red the moment you are on a call - visible from every angle in any shared workspace. An optional external BLT60 busylight is available separately for additional visibility in large open-plan environments. The DECT base is a compact, multi-functional unit - simultaneously a signal base , a charging stand , and a function button hub . It charges the headset in just 1.5 hours , provides the dual USB connection points for simultaneous PC and IP phone connectivity, and offers one-touch call management via its capacitive buttons. Its compact footprint takes up minimal desk space. Comfort was designed from the ground up through biometric measurements across hundreds of different head shapes . The ergonomic on-ear design uses soft memory foam cushions with a perforated breathable covering for improved ventilation and heat dissipation during long wearing sessions. At 151 grams , the WH64 Dual is noticeably lighter than typical dual-ear wireless headsets in the same class. Compatible with all major softphone and collaboration platforms - Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, RingCentral, and 100+ others. Natively compatible with Yealink IP phones and a wide range of third-party desk phones via USB or the optional EHS62 adapter. Manageable at scale through Yealink USB Connect for device configuration and firmware management. DECT range. Bluetooth freedom. One headset. Zero compromise. KEY FEATURES World's First DECT + Bluetooth In-Headset - The Hybrid Core Advantage Every previous DECT wireless headset placed the DECT electronics in the base unit - the headset was simply a receiver for the base's signal. The WH64 is the world's first headset to place both DECT and Bluetooth chips directly inside the headset itself. This architectural difference has profound practical consequences. Because Bluetooth lives in the headset, you can use Bluetooth for smartphone calls anywhere - without the base, without cables, without being tied to your workstation. Because DECT lives in the headset, you retain all the advantages of DECT - long range, interference-free performance, high-density deployment, and secure encrypted communication - whenever you are connected to the base. No other headset on the market offers both wireless technologies in the same form factor. DECT Mode - 185 Metres of Interference-Free Enterprise Range In DECT mode, the WH64 Dual connects to the included base for enterprise-grade wireless office performance. DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) is the gold standard for wireless office headset connectivity - it operates on a dedicated radio frequency that does not compete with the congested 2.4GHz band used by Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other consumer wireless devices. The result is a stable, interference-free connection that performs consistently in high-density office environments where Bluetooth headsets frequently drop or degrade. The WH64's DECT range of up to 185 metres (607 feet) - roughly 6 tennis courts - gives you exceptional freedom of movement throughout large office floors, open-plan workspaces, and multi-room environments. Secure DECT with Step C authentication encrypts every call at the radio level, ensuring communications cannot be intercepted. Bluetooth 5.2 Mode - 50 Metres of Mobile Flexibility In Bluetooth mode, the WH64 Dual operates as a standard Bluetooth 5.2 headset, connecting directly to any smartphone, tablet, or Bluetooth-enabled device within 50 metres . Because the Bluetooth chip is in the headset - not the base - you can take your headset off the charger, leave the base on your desk, and use it as a standalone Bluetooth headset anywhere. Walk out of the office, get in your car, or step into a meeting room and take smartphone calls without any connection to your workstation. When you return to your desk and put the headset on the base, it transitions back to DECT mode automatically. One-Touch Mode Switching - DECT to Bluetooth Instantly Switching between DECT mode and Bluetooth mode requires a single button press on the headset. Move from a desk phone call to a mobile call to a PC softphone call with minimal friction - the headset handles the connection switching without you needing to manually pair, re-pair, or navigate device settings. Dual-USB Base - Simultaneous PC and IP Phone Connection The included DECT base is equipped with multiple USB ports for simultaneous connection to both a computer and a desk phone or IP phone. This means your PC softphone and your desk phone are both connected through a single base at the same time - switch between them with one touch of the capacitive base button rather than manually re-plugging cables. Native integration with Yealink IP phones provides seamless device switching and a unified desk phone and PC experience from a single headset. Yealink Acoustic Shield 2.0 - 3-Mic Beamforming with AI Noise Cancellation The WH64 Dual's microphone system is built around three MEMS beamforming microphones powered by Yealink Acoustic Shield 2.0 and an AI noise cancellation algorithm trained across multiple professional work scenarios. Beamforming focuses the microphone's sensitivity precisely in the direction of your mouth, while the AI algorithm identifies and eliminates background noise arriving from all other directions. The result is voice transmission that is clear, natural, and professional - even in open offices, busy contact centres, and environments with significant ambient noise. 74% Longer Microphone Boom Arm - 135.7mm The WH64's microphone boom arm is 74% longer than industry standard - 135.7mm versus the typical 78mm found on most wireless headsets. A longer boom arm positions the microphone significantly closer to your mouth, fundamentally improving voice pickup quality. The microphone captures your voice more directly, with less ambient room sound in the signal, before the noise cancellation algorithm even needs to engage. This physical design advantage means the WH64 starts from a stronger acoustic position than any headset with a shorter boom arm. The boom arm is fully rotatable, accommodating left or right wearing on either ear. 32Hr Bluetooth Talk Time / 16Hr DECT Talk Time The WH64 Dual delivers up to 32 hours of talk time in Bluetooth mode and up to 16 hours in DECT mode on a single charge. Music playback extends to 41 hours in Bluetooth mode and 48 hours in DECT mode . Standby time reaches 195 hours in Bluetooth mode. The 1.5-hour fast charge means that even a short break returns significant talk time - from flat to fully charged within a standard lunch period. 1.5-Hour Fast Charging via DECT Base The DECT base doubles as the headset's charging stand - place the headset on the base and it begins charging immediately. A full charge from empty takes just 1.5 hours , making the WH64 Dual ready for the next session faster than most competing wireless headsets. When at your desk, the headset charges automatically every time it is placed on the base - eliminating battery management as a daily concern. 30mm Dual Speakers with 6x Audio Equalisers Dual 30mm speaker drivers deliver audio across the full 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range. 6x audio equalisers provide additional tonal richness and balance, ensuring voices on calls sound natural and clear, and audio during media playback sounds genuinely good. The stereo configuration of the Dual model provides full spatial audio - voices in multi-participant calls are easier to distinguish, and music sounds fuller than mono. Dual-Sided Busylights - 360-Degree Visibility Integrated busylights in both earcups illuminate red when you are on a call, visible from every direction in your workspace. In open-plan offices and contact centres where colleagues can approach from any angle, dual-sided busylights ensure your engaged status is communicated without words. An optional external BLT60 busylight is available as a separate accessory for additional visibility in very large or noisy environments where the earcup busylights may not be seen from a distance. Secure DECT with Step C Authentication Every DECT call made through the WH64 is protected by Secure DECT with Step C authentication - the highest level of DECT security, encrypting the radio communication between the headset and base to prevent interception. In enterprise and professional environments where call security is a genuine requirement, the WH64's DECT mode provides a level of communication security that Bluetooth cannot match. Ergonomic Design - Biometric Comfort for Extended Wear The WH64's comfort design is based on biometric measurements collected across hundreds of different head shapes and sizes. The ergonomic on-ear design positions the 30mm drivers correctly against the ear for every user. Soft memory foam ear cushions with a thin perforated breathable covering improve ventilation and heat dissipation during long wearing sessions - preventing the heat build-up that makes most on-ear headsets uncomfortable after extended use. At 151 grams , the WH64 Dual is significantly lighter than the typical 6 to 10 ounce (170-280g) dual wireless headset range. Compatible with Yealink IP Phones and Third-Party Desk Phones The WH64 Dual base connects natively via USB to a wide range of Yealink IP phones - including T58W, T54W, T57W, T53, T44W, T34W, T43U, T46U, T48U, and MP56/58/54 - for seamless call handling and device switching. Third-party desk phones including Poly VVX350/401/411/450/600, Cisco 8861, Grandstream GXP2170/2624, and others connect via USB cable directly. Additional desk phones connect via the optional EHS62 adapter for true plug-and-play compatibility with a broad range of non-IP phone systems. Yealink USB Connect - Device Management Yealink USB Connect software provides centralised management of the WH64 and other Yealink USB devices - configuring settings, managing preferences, and delivering firmware updates across individual or fleet deployments. IT administrators can manage entire headset deployments from a single platform without per-workstation visits. Works with All Major Collaboration Platforms The WH64 Dual is compatible with Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, RingCentral, Avaya, and over 100 UC platforms and operating systems - covering every collaboration tool your organisation uses from a single headset. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: What makes the WH64 different from other DECT wireless headsets? A: The WH64 is the world's first wireless headset to integrate both DECT and Bluetooth technology directly inside the headset rather than in the base. Every other DECT headset puts the DECT electronics in the base - the headset is simply a receiver. The WH64's Hybrid Core architecture means both wireless technologies reside in the headset you wear. The practical consequence is that you can use the headset as a standalone Bluetooth headset for smartphone calls anywhere - without the base, without cables, completely independent of your workstation - while still having access to DECT's full enterprise-grade performance whenever you are connected to the base. No other DECT headset offers this combination. Q: Why is DECT better than Bluetooth for office use? A: DECT operates on a dedicated radio frequency (1.88-1.90 GHz) that does not share spectrum with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microwave ovens, or any other common wireless device. In a modern open-plan office with dozens of laptops, smartphones, wireless keyboards, and other Bluetooth devices all competing for the same 2.4 GHz spectrum, Bluetooth headsets frequently experience interference, audio dropouts, and connection instability. DECT's dedicated frequency is unaffected by this congestion - delivering consistent, interference-free audio quality throughout the day. DECT also supports high-density deployment, meaning many DECT headsets can operate simultaneously in the same area without degrading each other's performance - critical for large contact centres. And Secure DECT with Step C authentication encrypts the radio signal at the hardware level, providing a level of communication security that Bluetooth's software-level encryption cannot match. Q: Can I use the WH64 as a Bluetooth headset away from my desk without the base? A: Yes. Because the Bluetooth chip is integrated into the headset itself, you can remove the headset from the base and use it anywhere as a standalone Bluetooth headset - connecting to your smartphone, tablet, or any Bluetooth-enabled device within 50 metres. This means you can take a mobile call while away from your desk, in a meeting room, outside, or anywhere else without needing to bring the base. When you return to your desk and place the headset on the base, it charges and reconnects to your PC and desk phone via DECT automatically. Q: How does the dual-USB base work? A: The DECT base is equipped with two USB ports - one for connecting to your computer and one for connecting to a compatible desk phone or IP phone. Both devices are simultaneously connected to the base at all times. When a call comes in on your desk phone, you can answer it through the headset. When a call comes in on your PC softphone, you can answer it through the headset. One-touch switching via the capacitive button on the base lets you move between active connections instantly. This eliminates the need to physically swap cables between devices when switching between a PC call and a desk phone call. Q: How long is the microphone boom arm and why does it matter? A: The WH64's microphone boom arm is 135.7mm long - 74% longer than the industry-standard 78mm found on most wireless headsets. A longer boom arm physically positions the microphone much closer to your mouth, which is the single most effective way to improve voice pickup quality. The microphone captures your voice more directly and with a stronger signal relative to ambient background noise - meaning the Acoustic Shield 2.0 noise cancellation system starts from a better position and can achieve even cleaner voice transmission. Most headsets use short boom arms to achieve a compact appearance at the cost of microphone proximity. Yealink has prioritised microphone performance with a longer arm that still folds away tidily when not needed. Q: What is Yealink Acoustic Shield 2.0? A: Yealink Acoustic Shield 2.0 is the second generation of Yealink's beamforming microphone noise cancellation technology. Three MEMS microphones work together using beamforming - a technique that focuses microphone sensitivity in the direction of your mouth while suppressing sounds arriving from other directions. An AI noise cancellation algorithm trained across multiple professional work scenarios processes the combined microphone input in real time, identifying and removing background noise while preserving voice quality. The combination of beamforming hardware and AI software delivers consistently clear voice transmission in open offices, contact centres, and other environments with significant ambient noise. Q: What is Secure DECT and why does it matter? A: Secure DECT with Step C authentication is the highest level of security available in the DECT standard. It encrypts the radio communication between the WH64 headset and base at the hardware level, preventing the wireless signal from being intercepted or decoded by third parties. For organisations that handle sensitive or confidential phone conversations - legal, financial, medical, government, or any enterprise environment - DECT's radio-level encryption provides meaningful call security that Bluetooth's software-level security cannot reliably match in a professional context. Q: How does the fast charge work and how long does a full charge take? A: Placing the WH64 Dual on the DECT base initiates charging immediately. A full charge from empty takes 1.5 hours - meaning that a full charge can be completed during a standard lunch break. When the headset is docked on the base between calls throughout the day, it continuously tops up and rarely needs a dedicated charging session. The 1.5-hour charge time combined with up to 32 hours of Bluetooth talk time means the WH64 Dual is virtually always ready for use. Q: Is the WH64 Dual compatible with my existing desk phone? A: Compatibility depends on your desk phone model. Yealink IP phones including T58W, T54W, T57W, T53, T44W, T34W, T43U, T46U, T48U, and MP56/58/54 connect natively via USB cable to the base. A wide range of third-party desk phones including Poly VVX and certain Cisco, Grandstream, and Avaya models also connect via USB. For desk phones without a USB port, the optional EHS62 adapter provides plug-and-play compatibility with additional Yealink, Poly, Cisco, Snom, and Avaya models. Consult the full compatibility list in the product documentation or contact your Yealink reseller for your specific phone model. Q: Does the WH64 Dual work with softphone platforms on a PC? A: Yes. The base connects to your computer via USB and is recognised as a standard USB audio device - compatible with Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, RingCentral, Avaya, and over 100 softphone and UC platforms. No additional software or drivers are required for basic call handling. Q: What is the busylight and can it be expanded? A: The dual-sided busylights are integrated directly into both earcups of the WH64 Dual, illuminating red when you are on a call - visible from every direction in your workspace. For larger open-plan environments or contact centres where greater visibility is needed, the optional BLT60 external busylight is available as a separate accessory. The BLT60 is a standalone desk-level light that synchronises with the headset's call status, providing a highly visible signal that colleagues can see from a greater distance or across a busy floor. Q: What warranty does the Yealink WH64 come with? A: The Yealink WH64 is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty , as noted by Yealink on multiple retail channels. Please confirm current terms with your retailer at time of purchase, as warranty periods may vary by region and authorised reseller. WHY CHOOSE YEALINK?
