About this item

Designed for Big Blue Filter Systems/Housings, 4.5" x 20" size, 5 micron particle size filtration Upgrade your water filtration system with the SUPERPURE 20 Inch Big Blue 5-Micron Sediment Water Filter. This 3-pack of high-quality sediment filters is specifically designed for Big Blue filter systems, providing superior filtration to ensure your water is free from dirt, rust, sand, and other particulates. With its advanced melt blown design, this filter offers a multi-layered structure that captures both large and fine particles, making it a crucial first stage in your water filtration process. This polypropylene (PP) filter filters out larger particulates with it's minute 5 micron rating enabling you to filter sediment, dirt, dust, sand, rust and other particulates in your water as small as 5 microns in size. The melt blown design utilizes a multi-layered structure for improved filtration efficiency, with denser layers at the inside to trap finer particles and coarser layers outside to catch larger particles.Optimal Performance: Regular replacement ensures your water filter system continues to provide high-quality filtered water by preventing filter saturation and maintaining efficiency.Improved Water Quality: These filters are essential for removing visible dirt. Why replace your filters? Over time water filters become saturated with the contaminants they remove from your water. As they reach this point they become filled with particulates and become less effective at trapping new contaminants compromising the quality of your water. Regular replacement of your filters (as needed) ensures this does not happen.
