Buying safely on Mukana Hub
Mukana Hub connects you to real, named shops. This page states what the marketplace confirms, what the shop confirms, and what is not yet protected by the platform.
How an order works
Mukana Hub sends one order to each shop in your basket. Nothing is charged on the website. Each shop confirms stock and payment while MukanaHub manages delivery. Your browser keeps a copy under Orders; the shop's copy is authoritative.
What shop verification means
A verified badge means Mukana Hub physically confirmed the trading address. It is not an identity check, a warranty, or a guarantee of product quality. An unverified shop is labelled, never hidden.
Delivery
All purchases use delivery. MukanaHub manages delivery centrally and supplies the relevant delivery information during the order flow.
Returns, faults and warranties
These are currently set by each independent shop. Where a listing does not state a warranty or return policy, confirm it with the shop before paying and keep the receipt. Mukana Hub does not currently process payments or operate a marketplace-wide refund guarantee.
A listing or order is wrong
Call the shop first using the number on the listing and keep the product code and order reference. A marketplace moderation and dispute channel requires the production account system; this demo does not pretend a report has been submitted when it cannot store one.
