Mukana Hub places one order with each shop in your basket. Nothing is charged on the website. MukanaHub confirms stock with the shop, arranges payment with you and delivers. You deal only with MukanaHub — shops are never given your number, and you are never given theirs. Your browser keeps a copy under Orders; MukanaHub's copy is authoritative.
A verified badge means Mukana Hub physically confirmed the trading address. It is not an identity check, a warranty, or a guarantee of product quality. An unverified shop is labelled, never hidden.
All purchases use delivery. MukanaHub manages delivery centrally and supplies the relevant delivery information during the order flow.
Zimbabwean law gives you rights here regardless of the shop. You may cancel any online order within seven days of receiving the goods, without a reason; and goods that are defective, unsafe or not as described can be returned within six months, with you choosing repair, replacement or refund. The shop you bought from honours these, and Mukana Hub facilitates every return and pursues the refund on your behalf.
